Brewing Again...

Greeting brewers from Berkshire County, MA.

Me and my buddy used to brew when we rented a house together after college. That was about 3 years ago. We just bought houses and now we're back at it again.

Gonna start an Oktoberfest and an IPA tomorrow. Can't wait to taste the first sip.

You might want to aim for a 3.5-4% ABV Octoberfest, just so it will be ready in time.

I went to umass. graduated in 2003. love that area. haven't been back in a while.
