Anyone else having this problem. I have a Mac but it happens with both Safari and Chrome. I can't scroll to the bottom of the page. Parts of my recipe is hidden behind the bottom page footer.

Makes it impossible to use now. I just noticed it happening yesterday so hopefully it is a glitch that can be fixed.

I have sent an email through my iPhone but have not heard anything.

You can see from the screen shot that I can not see any of the Yeast details.

I'm experiencing the same thing. On both windows and linux and firefox, chrome, and IE. Android phone seems to be OK.

It's still not fixed, but here's a link to a Brewer's Friend forum that discusses some workarounds for it: http://www.brewersfriend.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1429&start=20

And in this one someone made an extension for Chrome: http://www.brewersfriend.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&p=9099#p9099. Not sure if it works because I'm at work and we only have IE.

In IE you can hit F12, go to the CSS tab, hit ctrl+F and search for '#footerbox', under '#footerbox' uncheck the 'position: absolute;' box. That's also a pain in the ass because you have to do it everytime you load a new page.

I just zoomed out until I could get to what I wanted to see or click. That worked ok.

I agree, it was really annoying brewing yesterday. They need to fix this ASAP.

If you use Chrome, download the AdBlock extension (http://getadblock.com).

After you have it installed, go to the BrewersFriend website and right click on the upper left hand corner of the obnoxious footer and choose 'AdBlock > Block this Ad'. In the Step 1 dialog, drag the slider to the right until it shows 'Blocked element: <DIV id="footerbox" >'. Click Looks Good and then 'Block It' on the next Step.

That's the only way I could use the site.

Works fine on my iPad and iPhone. My MacBook, that's another story.

I had the same problem when I loaded Windows 7 and IE11 was packaged with it. I switched to Chrome and the problem went away.

Just checked and the banner is covering part of the page the yeast starter calculator is on.

I zoomed to 175% and the banner was moved out of the way. Same thing I had to do with IE11, but with Chrome the zoom is more effective.

Dragging the page width narrower also repositions the banner.

Found a temporary fix. Need to do this for each page you visit.
Right click in banner - select "inspect element" - far right screen (styles tab) scroll down till you see "bottom" - uncheck "bottom"

I think they finally fixed it yesterday. It's been working fine for me.

I use BF software on Firefox browser. ...Never have, don't have that issue! Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket.
