I was just minding my business, drinking through all my Prairie (Bible Belt, Bomb, Standard, Noir, Coffe Noir, Vanilla Noir...gonna be a great night) and then the doorbell rings. What's that...a late night delivery I had completely forgotten was landing today!!!

Thanks so much Schemy!. I couldn't be happier.

First: a giant pile of stickers/coasters - some from breweries I have never heard of that I will be researching (like Dangerous Man...digging the logo)

Next - the main haul:
2 home brews (with a handy explanations) - White IPA - cascade in the boil and dry hopped with chinook - sounds dank and piney - awesome. And Funk Sirens IPA - session IPA, hopburst w/ Meridian and Brett Brux fermentation. I've only had one funky IPA and it was the tits so I am super excited for this.
An Infusion growler filled with Butcher Block Brown (if you want this refilled and sent back to start a growler trade just pm me and I will be happy to set something up)
Boulevard Smokestack glass - I have many of the smokestack series in my closet and now I have #properglassware - bada$$.
Zipline Brewing t-shirt. Really cool brewing blueprint design on this. Love it.

An sadly...the fallen soldier:

From the notes this was a growler of Zipline New Zeland IPA. I tried to pour it...

but it just tasted like newspaper so I had to dump it. Opened the bag to see if anything could be saved...completely shattered.

Despite UPS trying to rain on my parade (I blame thatjonguy ) I am totally thrilled with this box - thanks again Scott! Cheers!

TX got another great bMAW today. Mikeysab sent me bmaw and emaw, and the theme was go big or go home.

I am usually not a big pint glass fan but this Weyerbacher one is sweet, I love the design. The tulip is great too. Luckily I have a good amount of Weyerbacher to drink now too. The second picture with the toffee beer is because I missed it at first and had to take a new pic.

The tasters are from a brewfest at a local bar that has a small "brewery appreciation day" once a year. They have 12 or so breweries with mostly one offs or blends that are done specifically for the event. The growler itself is from a great little brew pub in Jersey. The beer inside is Bronx black pale ale. Hope the carb held up on that. I taped the daylights out of it hoping it would seal up any co2 leaks. Enjoy brother.

Original batches were brewed with real apricots and was AMAZING. 60BBL brewing now i think they use apricot extract, slightly drier but the fruit really supports the body. New batch (bottles) is a touch thin, im sure next batch (prime for summer) will be back where it used to be.

The only reason I haven't is because I am so scared of shipping glassware along with bottles/cans (extras, duh...). I could probably grant this (without the pbr can glass), just need to build my courage. If not granted by tomorrow afternoon, I might be good.

The best way is to find a small box just for the glassware and put that inside the bigger box next to the beer. Although not required, beer is an acceptable extra.

Shipping glassware is no bigger deal than shipping glass bottles with extras. I always fill the glass with paper, packing peanuts, etc. then wrap really good in bubble wrap. Just make sure if you're layering items in the box that you put the glassware on top and not underneath anything else.
I understand being worried about it, though, if you've never done it.
Edit: Also, what thatjonguy said is a good idea. I've had traders send glassware in their own small box or cardboard tube inside the outer box.
