So my buddy's a welder and said he would make a brew stand for me if I part out everything. Is there anywhere I can find a good list and sizing for everything I need? Im thinking it should be single tier and I want casters or someway of moving it around within the garage. Any input on pumps and burners for all this would be awesome as well

This is what I have on my weldless, 1-tier stand and I'm happy with all of it:

Burner: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009JXYTG/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

Caster: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000DD1EG/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

Pumps: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CT62KR4/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

As for sizing, that's really up to you, just don't go too long without increasing the depth or you'll have a tipping hazard on the casters when they swivel under the stand (mine is dangerously close).

I could support the above recommendations. You might consider starting with low pressure orifices in those banjo burners. That would make it very easy to add Honeywell valves later if you get interested in some automation. Make sure you get locking castors as in the above link. I'm waiting for my brewstand to be delivered. It is sized for 15 gallon pots at 54" X 18". You'll want it to be longer if you are thinking of 20 gallon pots or larger.

Thanks guys. I was shoppin around for burners and whatnot. Some heavy duty castors will help out and I do want to leave the stand a little longer just in case I do size my batches up later on
