I like brewers friend. It’s free and customizable. Can’t beat that.

fwiw, there's an entire forum dedicated to brewing software.

I've been using BeerSmith since 2011. If you feed it solid data it works very well indeed...

Pretty much my experience as well though there’s a few quirks that annoy me about it. Not enough to make me look for another solution though.
