I am interested in getting a formal education in brewing and everything associated with commercial brewing. I live in the Boston area.
Does anyone know of a company/brand that may offer what I'm looking for?

Food Science bachelors covers a lot of it. Every brewery and winery I worked at the brewmasters held food science degrees.
