Does anybody own the Brupak 32L Stainless Steep Pan (without the strainer). If so, what are they like? What is the build quality like, how long do they take to heat, how do they distribute heat?

Thanks :)

Biab is all grain, head retention will depend on the recipe. How long they take too heat will depend more on your heat source than the pot.

Well definitely missread that one. Heat retentions pretty good, shouldn't lose more than 3 degrees unless you mess something up.

You can lessen it by maximizing your kettle, don't worry about mashing too thin. Minimizing air space in the kettle will let you keep temp better, and I throw a sleeping bag and two blankets over the kettle. Typically only lose a degree or two over 60 minutes.
