Hey guys, new member and brewer here! I'm really looking forward to getting involved with brewing and being a part of a new community. I recently started my first small 1 gallon batch of Plinian Legacy (via Northern Brewer) that I received as a gift from my brother for Christmas.
Anyhow, I'm already over-thinking/analyzing my first brew and questioning if everything is going right. I'm sure that's a common issue around here. Anyhow, I'm completely open to help and constructive criticism.
About me? I'm from Metro Detroit and work for a logistics company as a client sales executive (if you move freight let me know and I'll get you smoking rates
. I love live music and see a lot of concerts. I've seen my favorite band 70 times (71st this Saturday) and generally hit up a festival each summer. I golf, disc golf, snowboarding, camping, cooking, travelling, drinking, you name it.
Like I said I'm new to brewing so take it easy on me to start.
Can't wait to meet some of you and learn as much as I can!
