IMO, BIAB is the easiest way to brew all-grain beer. Selling my setup due to health reasons that don't let me drink much beer anymore. :(

Bayou Classic KAB6 164K BTU burner with stand and regulator
Bayou Classic 1160 62-Quart SS pot with basket
copper wort chiller
stainless kettle valve
mash paddles
2 cloth bags
insulation jacket

Throwing in a grain grinder what works wonders when attached to a 1/2" or larger drill.
