pulled some wild yeast off raspberries in my back yard over the summer and finally ended up brewing a 3 gallon batch of wheat beer with it. it's been about 2 weeks and i pulled a sample to taste. It smells sour with a little funk to it but that doesn't come through in the taste at all. I assumed it was brett but wondering now if it's just throwing some stank out there like brett or a saison yeast
