Just got my order in from hopsdirect and I picked up a # of bravo. I never used it and from what I read so far its an excellent bittering hop. I just want to know what is everyones favorite combo with this hop?

I did an all-bravo mild pale ale (like an IPA light, if you will) and it held fairly well on its own. A slight fruity aroma, pear-like. You could mix it with nearly anything west-coast based.

Yea I'm sketching an ipa now with some Amarillo. I'm thinking
1oz @ 60 bravo
.50 @ 45 bravo
2.5 @ 0 Amarillo in the hop back.
Should yield me 60ish ibus.

I bitter my House Pale Ale with Bravo and hop burst with with Centennial and Cascade, I've also used Amarillo and Citra. You can use Bravo late in the boil and even to dryhop and you get a great citrus flavor from them.
