Brand New Brewer

Hello All,

I am a brand new brewer. I have been interested in Brewing for years as several older relatives in my family have done it.

I'm from Michigan's Lower pennisula. Currently, I am waiting for a tax refund to buy my brewing equipment. So if anyone has some glass carboys or jugs that they are trying to get rid of please let me know.

I like to experiment with lesser known fermentations and I like sweet crisp beers and wines. Also, I love effervescence.

Can't wait to get some recipes, hopefully I can be patient enough for good drinks.
