Hi All

I plan to brew the barrel age imperial oatmeal stout. I did see the 3 bourbon as follows, and would like to check which one work better to soak the oaks cube.

1. Buffalo Trace
2. Evan William white label
3. Wild Turkey 101

The bourbon is used for soaks the oak cube only, and will stay around 3 weeks. The liquid will not transfer to the beer.
Plan to use 28g Oak Cube with 140 ml bourbon. 28g Oak Cube will plan into 15 liter beer

Big thanks !
