Bottling

So I am going to bottle my first brew this weekend. When I siphon from my primary to bottling bucket should I let the bottling bucket settle for a day or so? Or should I bottle right away?

boil your priming sugar in a little water, pour it in your bottling bucket, then siphon your beer on top of it. Bottle right away.

Yeah,as long as you're careful about racking to the bottling bucket & leaving the yeast cake undisturbed you can bottle right away.
