Bottling fruit juice

I am not sure where to post this question, but if I want to make a berry juice or syrup from Black Currant, Raspberry, or Elderberries, how do I bottle it so that it will keep?

I have been homebrewing for over 25 years, but I am guessing I just cannot cook some berry juice and bottle it like wort.

i'd look at a pressure cooker and jam making stuff. or preserves.
