I have question for those in the know. I have been brewing for about a year
and have switched over to kegging and will never go back to bottling, however I do miss the ability to bring a six pack on the go. Today I bottled directly off a perlick 525 using a stretch of 3/8 tube, heated and forced on to the faucet. There was very foam and as the bottle filled I slowly removed the tube, virtually filling the bottle to the top without
Any foam. They were 22
Oz bombers and meant to given away to fellow brewer.
How long should they be Ok and what are the problems with oxidation?
