It was time to bottle my Sweet Stout, so i took a few pics...

Getting Set Up....

Inserted the fill tubing (it's a tight fit), setting a drip or run off pan and getting the capper and caps ready..

The sanitizing water is near 40 degrees and the colder or as near the temperature of your beer, the better. I have never experienced a loss of carbonation in this process.

Things not to do:

Don't bottle like this until you have stabilized the carbonation levels for at least a week at serving pressure.

Don't push your beer harder than 10 PSI, in fact I run mine at 5 PSI.
 
Thanks Dunerunner, I was experimenting with this the other night with hopes of shipping some of my kegged saison to my brother. I created a foaming mess most likely due to psi and temp variation. I'll give it another shot tomorrow.
