Bottled My first last night

My brother (the "T" in TandE) and I got our first batch in bottles last night. Smelled nice and hoppy. Cant wait till it has bubbles and is cold! I think we called it "I hope we didn't fale ale"!

Try a couple along the way. It's very interesting how it improves
1st to 2nd to 3rd week etc.

Get another going...Have fun!

Yeah - I've popped 'em open even after just three or four days and they could be sufficiently carbonated by then for a nice tasting. Good rule of thumb is, it will hit its peak flavor right around the time they are all consumed.
