Yay! The wait is over... bottled my first batch yesterday of Bavarian Hefeweizen. Took a taster (image below) while testing the FG and it tasted amazing. Managed to get 4.86% ABV from this one. I'm so excited to pop open a bottle in a couple weeks and get to drinking.
