I'm sure this has been posted before, but I couldn't find it specifically, so i apologize upfront.

Bottled my first brew and put it directly into the fridge... I guess I didn't read enough beforehand :-(

It's been 3 weeks, and cracked open two bottles and the beer tastes good, but is flat. I've since learned I should've kept it at room temp and not put directly in the fridge

If I take it out now, is there any hope it will carbonate more?
Thanks!

I'd just pull them out of the fridge and let them sit for another 3 weeks or so. Is there any sediment on the bottom of the bottles?

The yeast is still there, just hibernating. Once they warm up, they will come out of their den and they will be hungry. They'll start eating the sugar and passing gas (C02).

You also may want to gentle flip the bottles over and back a couple times just to make sure the sugar is fully in suspension

I would let them sit at room temp for a few days and then flip them up and down a few times like Adam suggested. After that give them another week and crack one open to check if carbonation is forming.
