I really am a stickler when it comes to sanitation when brewing but when bottling I have noticed what seems to be mold. I have noticed this in one of my other batches I wash the bottles really well and sanitize them in the dishwasher and still have this problem should this be a thing of concern as far as drinking the final product? I really don't want to have to dump a few of my newest brews! Any advice would be appreciated.

It's proof of when we say That the dishwasher isn't a good way to clean or sanitize bottles. The openning is just too small for the dhswasher to get up into adequately. Pour a bit of PBW in the bottles,or soak'em in a bucket with just enough PBW to fill & cover them for about 30 minutes. Bottle brush them then rinse & onto the bottle tree to drip dry. Sanitize right before filling.
