Hey all, I want to bottle some of my dry Irish stout for a competition. The only problem is that it's kegged and on nitro. And we all know you can't bottle nitro beers. :) I was thinking of using some if those Prime Dose capsules from NB since they have both the sugar and the yeast combined. Has anyone ever done this? I don't know if I should consider the existing 25% co2 already in the beer, or just dose them the same way I would dose a beer be g bottled from a bucket. While I'm at it, anyone ever try bottling using the Blinchman beer gun on a nitro kegged beer? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!!
