Hard to tell from the pics. But if it's just in one bottle, that may be an infection. Perhaps there was a bit of dirt or grime in that bottle before sanitizing, and the infection came from that.

What's all over the outside of the bottle? The white specs?

Is that your powdered cleanser?

I wouldn't sweat it too much... could just be the one bad bottle.

Sediment is really a non-issue, just be careful when you're pouring.

between last night and this morning I was able to check each bottle.
Only 1 has something floating on the top
only a handfull have the specks floating through the bottle as pictured above.
of that handfull, most of the floatees look like sediment that just stuck to the side of the bottle and did not settle at the bottle.
I shook one gently to see if it would settle.
Since I dont know much about different kinds of infection, I was worried that it could be an infection or just a lot of sediment.
Like I stated previously, I racked out of primary, cold crashed and racked again, so I am amazed at the amount of sediment I have in many to most of the bottles.
Being my first time dry hopping I am hopping it is just hops particulate that did not settle.

It's just a bunch of sediment, once you put in the fridge for a few days, it'll all drop out again.

Check it out, I had the same concern once. Beer turned out great.

I would guess that that one bottle might be infected. How long have they been in the bottle? More than likely if you cold crashed that sediment is mostly yeast that have run out of fermentables. I have had nottingham stick to the side during conditioning, although that's only happened one time and I use it all the time..

It all came off the sides during a car ride to a friends house, so I think the vibration of the ride knocked them loose.

One week to the day!
So there is time for more settling
