Bottle Corker

I saw a thread on Apfelwein and want to give it a try. Can I use one of these to cork the bottles?

No, that's for capping beer bottles.

If it is just a couple of bottles, a hand corker is fine. Get's a little tiring after more than 10 or so. Like this
