Is 62-64 too cold to condition bottled beer? Mostly ales by the way.

It may take a bit longer for the bottles to carb up at that temp, but it should be fine. If you can try to get them to about 70 for awhile, that'd work better.

Yes, 70 is much better or you'll be waiting a lot longer than you want.
