How long should the carbonation process take for the conditions in the subject line?
 
The residual yeast should do its work in 5-7 days, at most. After that, chill bottles for several days so the CO2 can disperse...

I've bottle conditioned and keg-krausened countless beers with this yeast. Give it time and it will work...
 
I'm at day 3 post bottling and my carbonation test bottle with pressure gauge attached is still reading zero PSI. Getting worried.
 
Three days isn't long enough. Give it at least a week. I just did a Helles with 34/70 and I waited three weeks, just to be sure.
