Yeah I've never had big waits, I think 15 min was the longest. Then again I usually don't fill growlers...

Don't believe I've ever had a big wait either, and not complaining about that. More really that the customer experience just isn't very good. Super cramped, etc.

Small potatoes, and won't ever stop me from going there. Just too bad that there are no plans to build it out a little more. I guess on the other hand, Row 34's right there, so any type of taproom setup or something is kind of unnecessary.

They haven't done any tastings since the reopening and its sort of like when they opened where people don't hang around anymore and the place would get clogged up. Then again, there's like 7 ft of snow outside so maybe there's just less people.

I just jump around the chalkboard gawkers and fill my growlers then I'm off. But yeah...they could call me a dick face every time I walk in and I'd still buy their beer.

In other news, this new batch of Melcher St is ****** ON!!!

DDH Sleeper is like drinking a creamsicle.

Palate differences certainly come into play, but I drank them a day apart and got way more orange from Galaxy Fort Point and tons of resiny grapefruit from DDH Sleeper. Everyone seems to be saying "juicy" for DDH Sleeper, though, which I ascribe more to orange/tropical fruits than the more bitterish grapefruit. Sleeper is El Dorado hops, which I usually get as a sweet meyer lemon and....ohmygodI'moverthinkingthis.

Any of you guys try the Alpine that has seemed to pop up in a bunch of places?

I was a little late to the party and had some at Hobo last night. Duet was really good and the stout was solid. The Alpine ale and red didn't sound particularly interesting, so I jumped to a YEMS.

Can someone grab me a bottle of DDH melcher street, DDH congress street and Mosaic FP? I will be Boston next friday and sat for EBF and can meet up.

If I make it tomorrow (which I am supposed to so I can get some bottles for a trading partner), I will do my best. Will let you know!

Tons of us there Friday night, I think there's a list somewhere in the EBF thread but like half of the Boston gang bangers are gonna be there at least, I know at least a couple of the CT dudes will be as well.

I'll be there Friday for EBF!

Gotta go in hard on that picture of nectar. Machinery of Night is also really effing good, and I don't like dark sours at all, usually. Super super clean, no trace of acetobacter at all.
Picture of Nectar and Brett Grisette all day. I was surprised by Machinery of Night as I am also not a fan of dark sours.

Cbc sour fest lineup looks dope. Last year was too packed for me to stay more than a drink. Smelled like a sweat factory in there. Maybe I'll try at lunchtime instead.

Just saw the merchant has a good ebf after party

Do servers still **** up your order there?

Last year was on a Thursday night and this is an all day Saturday thing so hopefully not as bad. I was sitting in the center of the bar last year though as some people left at 5.
