Fermenting now with Bootleg's S. arlingtonensis and it seems to be a beast! I just did an American Wheat that saw 81% attenuation going into secondary, so I imagine it has a few more points to drop (they list upwards of 85%AA). Yesterday I put a German Pills on that yeast cake, pitched at 55 and put in a temp controlled chamber at the same temp. Within 6 hours there was an impressive krausen! Haven't tasted either, but am excited to try. Will report back.

I love this yeast. I've used it 3 times and it makes a great black lager too. None of that sulfur smell to me. It's extremely clean and you can brew a few different beers with this yeast. Grab some and try it.

I'm getting a little sulfur in day #2 of fermentation, but I'm not worried about it.

This yeast is definitely a beast, clean and I only notice slight sulfuric smells a couple days into fermentation but then they disappear! Big fan of S. Arli got a few vails stores for other exp.

Tried the German Pils for the first time last night. Very clean fermentation profile - I'm happy with this yeast. Got some on a slant and a couple jars left in the fridge - I'll absolutely use this yeast again.

Finished a Helles with it, after just a week in the keg, it's mostly clear, crisp, and terrific. I seem to routinely get about 78-80% aa with it, so not unreal (lager) attenuation as listed. This might be the only lager yeast I use going forward.
