Fermenting now with Bootleg's S. arlingtonensis and it seems to be a beast! I just did an American Wheat that saw 81% attenuation going into secondary, so I imagine it has a few more points to drop (they list upwards of 85%AA). Yesterday I put a German Pills on that yeast cake, pitched at 55 and put in a temp controlled chamber at the same temp. Within 6 hours there was an impressive krausen! Haven't tasted either, but am excited to try. Will report back.
