Book suggestion

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to pick up a new book on brewing and want some suggestions. Here's the books I already have:

The Complete Joy of Homebrewing
The Homebrewer's Companion
Microbrewed Adventures
Radical Brewing
Designing Great Beers
Brew Chem 101
First Steps in Yeast Culture
Extreme Brewing

I'm looking for a book to learn some new material from. I have been brewing for 2 years, just completed batch #25 last week. I converted to all grain around brew #20 and haven't looked back ever since.

Any suggestions for the next book I should add to my library?

Brew Like a Monk for Belgians. Great book.

Brewing Classic Styles is great for recipes. I start every recipe by looking at Jamil's version of what *should* be done.

There are other good books, but I'd definitely recommend one of these two next.

I think you'll be happy with the hard copy of Yeast. Great book, and it's nice to be able to easily flip back and forth.

How about a book that gets into lots of detail about grains? I just started AG brewing and most of my current books seem to be lacking in lots of detail. I really like reading profiles of grains and or hop varieties.
