I'm about to see what happens when I ferment a lager at high temperature in an All Rounder with 34/70.
I haven't made this beer in 16 years. The original recipe says I boiled Nugget hops for 75 minutes. Is there any conceivable reason why that would be helpful? I feel like cutting it to an hour.
