Hey Everyone! I'm Bobbie and new to this forum! I found you in past Ord
er supplies for home winemaking. I had earlier question on. Watermelon juice for wine. Help! I thought potassium airbags and camp den tablets were the same....NotSo!

I added potassium corners to my watermelon juice thinking it wss the same a s camp den tablets. Can I still use the camp den tablets to sterilize it before fermenting? Or did I screw up juice totally from fermentation

Welcome to the forum. Sorry I'm no help either regarding potassium with wine. However I would put a small amount in a jar and put a little yeast in it to see if it will ferment. You probably should wait 24 hours before doing so but it is worth a try.
