I have an idea of using 8lbs honey, 4lbs of blueberries, and 5lbs of maple syrup, and wheat for a 5 gal batch. However, on the gotmead calc, it doesn't have any grains listed. With what I have so far, it is at 1.091 s.g. I want to start around 1.100. How can I figure out how much wheat I should use?

At those amounts, BeerSmith comes up with a starting of 1.086 without the wheat, so value are a little different from the meadcalc, but it says 9 lbs. of wheat would raise the OG the .009 that you are looking for.
