Blood in beer

i would drink it, give it to people, absolutely no qualms whatsoever.

I've put my hands in my beer on multiple occasions.. even washed (and maybe sanitized) much 'dirtier' than a few drops of blood would make it. wouldn't mention it unless i didn't like them and wanted to freak them out.. haha
