This is my second batch. I'm quite excited.

I used Blonde Ale HLME
Golden Wheat UHLME
Yeast packet came with the Blonde

Pitched the yeast at 75 degrees came down to 70 after 9 hours. Ferm'ed for 16 days at 70 degrees. Then bottled and stored at 65 degrees for 6 then moved to 70 until now. Its been conditioning now for 10 days. Probably still green, but i think i may try one.

I don't think my pitching temp was ideal, but i couldnt get it down any further. I ran out of ice and time.

On deck and probably brewing tonght is a Hefeweizen
I'm only doing 2 gallon batches right now.

Using: 2lbs bavarian wheat DME 65%-35% (Bring 1.25 gallons with 1/3
DME to a boil. Should i add some pilsen dme to balance to 50%???)
.25 oz of Hallertau Hops (60 min boil)
Balance of DME added at 15 min left.

I cant stop thinking of brewing. I am at work right now and should be working!!!!!!
