Looks to me like they're flamout/whirlpool additions at 0 min. in the boil for a 10 minute whirlpool.

definitely a hopstand/flameout addition. Also, I think that fermentation temp looks a little suspect...

What should the temp of fermentation be? I will also look in the beg fining of the book to see if there is more explanation. Seems weird to not start a boil with any hop addition until ten minutes left

Have you checked out the "famous" Centennial Blonde in the recipe section? Has awesome reviews and I'm about to bottle mine tomorrow.

I agree, I like to ferment around 62-64F with this strain unless you want some peachy esters. If you're worried about fermentation stalling since bottom range is 60F, bump it up to 68 after 5-6 days.

Question: I'm going to do this as a full BIAB with no sparging. It's a 6 gallon batch with a total of 11.25 lbs of grain. Beer smith is saying I need a total of 9.67 gallons to hit my 8 gallon pre boil volume. I know the grain will Obsorbe some water but 9.67 total in mash sounds like a lot to hit my 8 gallon pre boil, no??
