I brewed up a Blind Pig IPA clone, ~54 ibu, 14 days ago, fermentation was 62F with US05 rehydrated. Its currently at room temp 72F and I noticed these bubbles after the krausen fell. Any ideas? I am starting to think PET bottles are not the way to go.
