Blitchmann and Sabco (brew magic) come together to make a computer controlled RIMS 10 gallon beer mashing, boiling and cooling brewing system. With this equipment you can mash and boil your 10 gallon batch on a 3 burner Blichmann Top Tier system using a Sabco RIMS wizard system to control your mash temperature. The system is designed to move the liquids without having to move a pot or hose and have 100% control over your temperatures. The Sabco RIMS wizard circulates your mash liquid through a computer controlled electric heater. The temperature is controlled within 1 degree allowing the type of sugars in the wort match the type of beer you are making. This level of control allows you to consistently make your favorite beers with REPEATABLE results! From the boil you can cool the wort using a chillzilla counter flow chiller and then pump into your fermenter. Sanitation and cleanup is a snap and takes less than 5 minutes. The system sterilizes itself by circulating boiling wort through the pump, chiller and hoses. A quick back flush with a garden hose cleans these items when your brewing day is done. The mash system cleans itself during the mash out. All the manuals are included plus I am happy to brew a batch with you to demonstrate how easy the system is to use.
