I see many references to the needle valve and orifice and find that no sellers i can find on google have it in stock. I just had ng piped over to my brew area and am looking to convert my blichmann floor burner and a smaller bayou classic burner also. (I assume it would need the same orifice) cant seem to find it anywhere.
Help!
(Excuse the mess, guys)

This is the kit for the Blichmann Burner.

Williams also has an orifice for a Hurricane burner that also will work for the 10" Bayou Classic Banjo burner (even though BC says it can't be run on NG). As for smaller BC burners, I don't know how the Williams orifice will work. Pretty cheap at $8. So worth a try, perhaps. You also could just drill out the existing orifice on that burner.
