Has anybody made a successful modification on the blichmann hopblocker? I want to use one in my brew kettle, but i measured out my spigot and it is slightly too low to install. It seems like I could simply cut about a 1/2 inch off the bottom of the blocker. Does anybody have any thoughts if this is a possibility? Thanks for the help
