This has been a great unit for me. Top RIMS solution I feel over other RIMS tubes on the market. The Blichmann RIMS Rocket holds a larger volume of wort and has a lot of surface area on the heating coil- both meaning decreased chance of scorching your wort.
My homemade mounting stand is pretty ugly to look at, but worked well for me. Due to the odd shape of the RIMS Rocket, it needs to be mounted in some way- this is what I figured out!
