Never really posted before, but I figured now is as good as time as any! We brewed this imperial IPA for my cousin Blair's upcoming wedding and are incredibly happy with how this beer became what it is. We based this 5 gallon batch solely off of 9 ounces of Simcoe and Citra hops, both primary and secondary. Having been born and raised in Beervana, and having a definite love for intensely hopped IPA's, I tried to shoot for the stars! Whether or not we have something that the masses would enjoy is up to the individual's palette. Not sure if I'm supposed to post a recipe in this particular forum, so if you all would like it, I'll post it, but for now, just a picture of the results!
