Blackcherry Wine

Just bottled my first Blackcherry wine. It is probably my favorite wine of all seeing I'm not a real wine lover!! Made it for my wife but I can see myself drinking a bottle or two!!

Awesome! I'm about to bottle my batch of blackberry wine too. Neat that we're doing it around the same time, makes sense since it's so seasonal.

I usually try to alternate between wine and beer. I'm not a real big lover of wine but my wife is!!

That's fair, I'm a huge wine fan personally. There's tons of beer varieties you can make with blackberries too, like lambic, or cider if that's close enough. Perhaps up your alley if you really like this blackberry wine but prefer beer, maybe it can be a compromise for something you and your wife can enjoy together?

I made a hard apple cider this summer..we both loved it. I was thinking about a grapefruit IPA for fall
