Gray layer on top of my yeast cake I don't know what it is

I am not sure what we are seeing there. I personally wouldn't worry much. It may just look gray because of the black beer inside. If it turns out to be gray after the beer is made I would worry more.

BTW awesome name for the beer. Your idea?
 
It is the fine particles of the roasted grains settling out with the yeast. A great example of why you should leave dark beers in the fermenter for several weeks, otherwise you will get these fine particles in the bottle which may be disturbed when pouring.
 
Thanks so much I was kinda worried my buddy said it looked like gravel I told that was my hop addition hahaha
