Today I opened my ten days old brew to discover black things on the scoby. I looked up pictures of mold on line and it seems to look a little different but I'm not convinced that it's not mold. I did use loose tea so was wondering if that could have floated to the top? Could you let me know if you've seen anything like it before and what might it be? Thanks.
