5 gallon batch

14# Maris otter
8 oz Black Patent Malt
8 oz Carafa III
8 oz Caramunich Malt
8 oz Chocolate Malt
8 oz Crystal 50/60
2 # light DME

1 oz Chinook 60min
1 oz Centennial 30min
1 oz Citra 20min
1 oz Centennial 5min
1 oz Citra 5min
2 oz Casade (dry hopped in keg)

Yeast: US05

Mashed in ~154 for 60 min

What recipe did you use for the black IPA? I just made one two weeks ago using the northern brewer recipe.

I brewed that one last fall. It was a complete hit with my friends at a tailgate before a Steely Dan concert. I'll be brew this same recipe next once I recover from shoulder surgery. I'm interested in how this turned out for you, so do post your results please.
