Did a little work today. The pic definitely show off my lack of skills, but hopefully my efforts will prove sucessfull tomorrow. Please comment so I know what to do better next time.

Nice looking work!!!! I think I would try running a water batch through just to see how well it works, Guessin you'll do that just for cleaning purposes anyway.

yeah definitly going to test them before I get started, I would hate to fill the mash tun with grain, just to see the the wort flowing out on it's own
