Bitter After taste

I have brewed this IPA several times with good results. My last batch has a strong BITTER after taste. What could have caused this?
I am confused since I followed the same procedures as I have always did. And my temps were also right on the money.
Any sugestions?

Freshness of hops?

I use hop pellets and purchase them at the same time I buy the grain. I can probably rule that one out.

You're going to have to be more specific about the flavor. Posting the recipe and ferm temps/times would help too.
