I had a recipe that I brewed that called for 1 lb of Biscuit. I cranked off the 10 lbs of Marris without any trouble but when I went to mill the Biscuit I could hardly turn the crank. Is Biscuit supposed to be this difficult to mill? Are there any others (Victory, Munich) that are this tough to mill? I normally use 2-Row and Marris pretty heavily but I also want to try some different styles and use different malts. Thanks, Montanaandy
