Biofione Clear Dosage

Hey everyone. I am looking to cold crash my American wheat this weekend which I fermented with WY2565 Kolsch yeast. This strain is known for being very "powdery" so I plan to cold crash for 3 days between 30 and 40 degrees (in my garage) and then rack into my keg on some biofine clear. I have not used this product much so I was hoping for some dosage advice for a "powdery" yeast strain such as WY2565. Was thinking maybe 1 tablespoon would do the trick but not sure if this is enough.

The directions say, "Add between 1/4 tsp and 2 tbls after fermentation is complete, a day or two before packaging. This is a wide range for dosing, but some beers will require a higher dose than others. It is recommended to start with a small amount and add more if needed."

I've also read you need to have it well mixed. There were some posts on Probrewer too about their dosage that might be worth googling. Just put some in and see how it goes.

Ya the wide dosage range is why I made my post. I'm thinking of starting at 1tbs and going from there
